Value pre-built system for Adobe applications

Update to a previous post:

 

Hi all. My wife and I are looking to upgrade our PC to get better performance out of our Adobe applications. Specifically we use Lightroom, Premiere, and Premiere Rush regularly. We are thinking desktop to save money but could be talked into a laptop. Does anyone have recommendations? Looking for the best value. I’m mostly working with 1080p/60 fps video. 

 

Also, to be clear I'm unable to build my own system - I'd need something off the shelf.  Thank you!

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

ram: vengeance lpx c15 3200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro 

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6
