Help with my build plan

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rocket League, AAA racing games. Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Unreal engine.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

Parts list:

 

- Ryzen 5 3600 (purchased)

- Sharkoon SilentStorm Cool Zero 650W (purchased)

- Phanteks P400A Digital (purchased)

- Asrock B550 Pro4 / Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro 

- Cheapest DDR4-3200 memory, could be 3600 depending on Black Friday sales

- Storage will be coming from my current system. 2 X 256gb SSDs, 1 X 1TB 7200RPM HDD

- 1 X RGB 120mm fan

- Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim

- Graphics card unknown

 

My Graphics card is unknown because I do not know what to get. I don't know if I should buy a second hand RTX 20xx card or see if Nvidia release an RTX 3060 / 3060ti. 

 

I want to game in 1080p.

 

What do you guys think. Suggestions for which motherboard to go for and for which GPU to get.

maybe get another fan or a u12a instead of the pure rock, also maybe a mortar max
