Any budget? Are you looking to run things on max or just med/high? The 750Ti is quite good for medium settings at a low cost

My budget for a case? I'd say below 200$

You could take a look at the 350D but it's quite alot bigger.

I own two 350d's now, Do they sell extra drive cages ? Becuase the Corsair website only has SSD Sleds. I'd prefer Corsair if at all possible - I love them. Also the case would have to be horizontal to fit in my media Center

I'm not sure about that, but 4 x 4TB HDD is enough?

I need the drives for raid, two for backup. We have lots of movies :D

Why not get a NAS?

I just may, However the smaller media center computer will need tough WiFi to stream that from where my router is located, My house is not wired with CAT 5, It's straight Coaxial.

Also the case would have to be horizontal to fit in my media Center

Could you take a picture or give a link of what your media center contains. Might be easier to find a matching case if you care a bit about aesthetics.

Why does it specifically need 4 HDD slots? Do you need a minimum of 16TB of storage?

Get a silverstone GD07 (or maybe GD08), it has 7+ hdd slots.

If OP ends up with the Node 304 choice he should be aware of this specifications for the graphics card.

  • Graphics cards, up to 310mm in length, when 2 HDD slots (1 HDD hanging bracket total) are removed (Graphics cards longer than 170 mm will conflict with PSUs longer than 160mm)

and it s not a horizontal htpc case, it s more of a cube which might not fit in his cabinet. (if he uses one)

Indeed, I'm still waiting for OP to tell us a bit more about his media center.

I can fit the Node 304, Mine is open air no cabinet. Its all Black and I have a PS4, XBOX One, XBOX 360 (Modded), PS3. Along with my Cable Box. The only problem I have with the 304 is that the video card length should be longer and I would have to remove the Drive cages. The Case must be horizontal since I have a Height tolerance and I'll post that once I get home. As for the drives I need a raid solution to secure my data.

Then Silverstone GD08 it is, it can fit 8drives (maybe even 12 drives if you use adapters) with decent gpu room.(and a atx motherboard, if you want to use a raid card.

if you have height tolerance, remember that the node 304 is quite tall compred to "regular" htpc boxes.

If I would you I'd look at brands like SilverStone and Lian-Li as they have a more premium look. Besides from that they are not so flamboyant and flashy, so they can actually be placed in a living room.

For SilverStone I'd go for something like the GD07 or the GD08. Personally I'd go for the GD07 out of the two as I most likely wouldn't occupy the 5.25" bays. If you know you're going to use the 5.25" bays very often I'd go for the GD08. Graphics card wise it's the same story with both of them and they both meet your HDD requirements.

If the GD07 and GD08 is still a bit too high you could take a look at the GD06, it doesn't supports as long graphics card as the GD07 and GD08 though.

As for horizontal Lian-Li cases the options aren't many, in fact there's only one, the PC-C60. I don't think that's something I'd personally buy as I want a clean front, as for a HTPC goes I don't have an initial use for a front I/O. I do however love Lian-Li cases, the build quality is just superb!

I think I'll do the GD07, I've been looking at it and in general everyone likes it. I still need on of the Drive bays for a Blue-Ray player but I'f need for even more drives I can put Drive cages into the 5.25" bays. Now comes the factor of my buying all this lol.
