Program that fixes your music and video library?

Hello, I just had a hard drive die and I had to recover my files. (which I did) but now I am having the trouble to rename all my files? I guess I'm glad to have my home movies, but I didn't realize how much music I had on that hard drive and movies.  I was wondering if there was software out there that could make my job easier to rename those files and it also looks like the program I used ran twice so I have a lot of duplicate files.  Please if anyone can suggest of if you heard about this program ( Tuneup media )   https://www.tuneupmedia.com/  is this any good?  Thank you

This seems good when I had some type of label on or in the properties, but now it looks like itunes but it's not itunes language. And only VLC player will play my music files? nothing else.

well this may not help that much, but i do know that itunes has got a duplicate function which could help, and if you had ANY itunes purchases you can then redownload them from the itunes store to save you the hassle?
