Weird headphone sound

When I plug in my headset I hear a constant sizzling. The audio doesnt work either so when I play a video or something I have no audio. When I first plugged in the headset the sound was 10 times worse but I watched some yt tutorials. Yes I tried with another audio devices. The pc is new btw

If other audio devices are showing the same issue then it's likely the audio jack itself. What are you plugging the devices into? 3.5 mm jack on the back of the motherboard? Front panel audio jack? USB? Something else?

 

Sounds like either a low quality onboard audio jack with grounding issues or a front panel connector not connected completely.

I plug in 3.5mm jack, I tried with both front and back and the sound is similar. My mbo is a gigabyte B450M H.

Sounds like bad onboard audio then. If it's a new build I'd see if you can still RMA the motherboard.
