HTPC?

I want to build an htpc, i  tought about something like this:

 

The ssd is slow in writing (100MB/s) but fast in reading (500MB/s) so should be the ideal to install the os.

Now, I don't like using PSUs included with cases but I don't even want to spend to much so....

 

Can I save money somehow? maybe with a lower tier APU?

 

Usage: 1080p movies and web browsing, is going to be connected to a 40 inch tv (an old samsung smart tv)

I'm going to buy on amazon.it instead of the website I used in the image so prices maybe a little higher.

Is that enough for full hd videos? and isn't going to be too slow? anyway I would like to stay with mini-itx, I don't have a lot of space near the tv.

I've found an old hdd and ram (seagate 500gb 7200rpm and vengeance 8Gb high profile), so I have more money for the rest of the computer, maybe I could go for an i3.
