Industrial fanless PC

Hey,  I am hoping some one can point me in the right direction.  I am looking for a new PC for my wife business.  She owns a bakery and as you can imagine flour and dust pretty much destroys all computers we've had in short order.   Currently we are running an Intel Atom based laptop that has no fans or intakes anywhere.  While it works the specs are just tooooo slow.   I'd like to try and find something that meets the following needs;

 

Sealed - No fans no air movement just passive cooling through the case

I5 or Ryzen with 16 GB of ram and 250 GB SSD

It is just used for the office suite and the internet, however multiple users are logged in at once so a little more power is better than less!

 

Not afraid to build or buy a bare bones.  However the max budget would be around 750$ cad pesos!

No I'd like to have decent I/O and the ability to replace the HD upgrade ram ect..

This is the closest to ryzen for now, there's a ton of celeron systems but they won't be able to keep up as well.
