Edit: If you have decent airflow get the EVGA. If you want the aesthetics of the reference one that's not a bad choice.

Why are you  even debating that? THE ACX IS BEST AND ITS CHEAPER.

The ACX version is the better card out of the two, but the stock cooler looks amazing.

One is a super clocked ACX GTX 770 (first) and the other is a reference card (second)

Go ACX or DirectCU II. They won't load at 80C like the stock cooler.

I would say go for the ACX because of the baller looks of the cooler.

ACX, unless you LOVE the look of the stock cooler (I like it...). Even then, force yourself to get the ACX.

more gb is better for multiple displays. And it also runs faster I believe
