Android App Server Help

Guys I want to create a Android App and I want to ask you some questions. I did some research and I found out that for the kind of app that I want to create I need a server. The questions that I have are the following: What kind of server do I need for users names, passwords, data, what the users do etc.? Should I rent a server and if so what do you guys suggest? About how many users are going to access this app I don't really know because it's difficult to say if the app is going to be successful or not. But lets say 100000-1000000 users per month. I'm sorry if my questions are not really specific but this is not really my area of expertize.

To be honest no. This is why I said it's not my area of expertize. I'm going to hire people who have the knowledge to do what I want, sorry if I mislead you but English is not my main language. But before I do that I need to have some information. If you could help me by generalizing what exactly I would for a server. For example for user names and passwords, security you need this ... for users data you need ... . For me this is really the first step. Thanks and I would appreciate any sort of help.

You should just get in contact with the people you want to build the app. If you have zero development knowledge then whatever information I give you is really irrelevant and probably won't matter for what you're building.

Stuff like security and data storage are all to do with database development, and would be specific to the app you're developing.

You'd need a VPS or dedicated server for general use.
