Fps and Audio stutter

Had this problem for a while now where I will be playing a game and will get this weird audio stutter which follows by fps drop. It happens like every hour or so and sometimes I can even hear like USB connections disconnecting and reconnecting if that has anything to do with it I'm not sure. Could it be a Power Supply issue because I noticed to usage drop on my CPU, RAM or GPU when in use.

 

For extra info here are my pc specs:

-Ryzen 5 3600

-32gb Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz

-650w Corsair PSU

-RTX 2070 Super 8gb

-Samsung evo 500gb and 1tb ssd

-I also run 3 monitors 2 144hz and 1 240hz

I would check to make sure that all your drivers for your motherboard are up to date, if that doesn't work you may want to update your bios to a newer version
