Need help with old HDD

So I found an external Toshiba hard drive and I'm having some issues. Its not being recognized in device manager, disk management, and other third party partition programs. I've tried to find the drivers for this hard drive and can't find them
Its a Toshiba 500 GB USB 2.0 Portable External Hard Drive HDDR500E04XK.
Any help will be appreciated and if you have the drivers or the link to them that will also be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't require any drivers and therefore it doesn't have any. Also, if it's not working, then it's broken. You can attempt to take the HDD out of the USB-enclosure and see if the plain HDD works, but if it doesn't, then it's SOL.
