Ok i have a question, i bought two monitors for my build, all i have is a dvi cable for my main monitor i wil use for gaming, and i have a dsub cable for my other monitor which will have team speak and youtube or whatever else up, but my video card does not have a dsub connector on it, so can i plug my second monitor in to my motherboard while my main monitor is plugged in to my video card and have them work? or will i need to buy a dvi to dsub adapter or buy another dvi cable and plug my second monitor in to my video card

Buy another DVI cable or buy the adapter

There might be someway to make that work but i would think it would be alot easier to just buy another dvi cable, plus then you can use your graphics card to identify it

If you have integrated graphics from either the motherboard or cpu, you can use that to drive the other display by connecting it to the motherboard rear i/o.
