2070 Super problems in warzone

When playing warzone my GPU usage starts at around 80% then in game it dips to 50-60%....

 

I have a ryzen 5 3600x which is boosting in game pretty high to roughly 43.5GHz and have 3600mhz c18 memory with an overclock to get it to c16 timings... 

 

When I watch videos of benchmarkers and they leave their system and card setting to default they are easily keeping the gpu usage at 94-97%..(Link for reference)

mine wont even hit 90% for more then a couple seconds maybe.. This even happens in battlefield.. its not as worse but it holds around the 80% mark.. 

 

Is my card just a dud??

sorry he has his set to an all core 4.2 which i have also done in testing and still doesnt help..

What brand is your RTX 2070 Super? Temps?

its a gigabyte 3 fan oc model, not throttling at all, looked into that as well. im getting up to like around 60 degrees on gpu.

Do you have VSync, Fast-sync or Scanline Sync (Rivatuner Statistics Server) or in-game FPS limit cap enabled?
