After a quick Google search, it seems that the GPU is soldered onto the motherboard and therefore not upgradeable.

HP product page mentions 'discrete'.

Discrete does not mean upgradeable. There is a separate chip, but it's soldered onto the motherboard. See the service manual for more details: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05228250
