Have you set windows to use a PIN?

 

Safe-Mode doesn't support the PIN feature and needs the password.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

As @Stahlmannsaid above, Windows 20H1 or earlier require you to sign in with your full Microsoft account password or local account password in safe mode.

 

Starting with Windows 20H2 you can use a pin to sign in with in safe mode.

Oh so  i need to use my microsoft account password to sign in? will sure try it tomorrow thanks
