Random Ping Spikes

I get random ping spikes from about 30 all the way to 200 every 30 minutes or so.

This only happens on my computer and on different wireless adapters.

 

What could be the problem here?

 

Pings to my router:

**Sometimes when I run this ping I get packet loss. Might that be the problem?

Ping statistics for my.router.ip:
    Packets: Sent = 50, Received = 50, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 14ms, Average = 0ms

 

Pings to ISP:

Ping statistics for isp:
    Packets: Sent = 30, Received = 30, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 8ms, Maximum = 38ms, Average = 12ms
