You know what, remove the graphics card and then install it back in the system.

Sometimes heavy GPUs can get sligtly disconnected from the PCI-E slot if you move the system around a lot.

Underneath the GPU, there is a slot like this. Is the tab pushed in or pulled out towards the GPU?

Something isn't connected correctly. Unplug the two power cables from the GPU, pull it all the way out of the case. Then reinstall it. Make sure that tab is set to lock, then reconnect the power cables and then the monitor.

Yes. You've already triple checked that everything is connected right, but the video you showed where you pushed the cable into the gpu, it looked like something wasn't in all the way.

My question remains...

When you install the GPU just push it into the PCI-E slot until you hear a click sound, don't touch the "clamp" afterwards, then install the cables.

So, I'm just trying to get a timeline and regroup thoughts here.

You unplugged your pc for a few days. Plugged it into the CPU(as we saw in the first picture). When that didn't work, you removed the GPU, put it back in, and still no display. Then you posted here? Was there any other troubleshooting you already tried to do?

Is the HDMI connector all the way in?

It seems like the card is slightly higher then it should be so the metal between PCI-E slots may interfere.

Did you screw the GPU to the case?
