There is no chip inside the Ryzen 5 3600 that can output a video signal, so it will not run any graphics if you plug a monitor into the motherboard. The only AMD CPUs that can output a video signals are the CPUs with a G at the end, or the A series APUs (which are obsolete at this point.)
