High CPU frametime and low FPS

Hi everyone, this is my first time writting here, and I hope you can hel me with my problem!

 

Since some months ago, i can't get the 100% with my pc:

 

CPU: intel i9-9900 (non k)

GPU: nvidia 3080 asus ROG strix OC version

RAM: 32gb 3600mhz

MOBO: asus ROG strix z-390

PSU: corsair 850w

 

Playing some games like Call of Duty MW, Battlefield V, DOOM eternal I see my framerate is "capped" to 130-132 fps. I cannot get more than 130fps, if I enable RTX, DLSS, put lower resolution... always the same framerate... The gpu usage doesn't get the 100%, but I see in DOOM stats that my CPU frametime is higher than desirable. I reinstalled gpu drivers several times, Windows too.

 

I don't know what can be the solution. I replaced the CPU, update the mobo, before i had the same problem with a 2080ti and two 1660 super...

Might sound silly but how are your temps?

CPU temps are good, about 65º, and the GPU even better. I replaced the MOBO for a z-390 last week. First 2 days went well. 

 

This issue appear always, not only when long time playing
