Pdc.sys blue screen

My pc is approx 3 weeks old. It has a fresh install of windows. The only thing I have changed in the bios was to turn on xmp.

 

I've just had 2 blue screens back to back. I was about to turn off smt when the first one happened then the other happened 30mns ago.

 

Fault code given is dpc watchdog violation. While checking the dumps, it points to pdc.sys. It stops responding.

 

Does anyone know what these blue screens mean? I've tried looking it up but cant find much that's relevant to me. Just laptops and such. No hints of why.
