gpu not outputting

I recently built a pc, it was an ltt 500$ amd gaming pc, and after a few weeks of it working it stopped outputting video. I tried a new monitor and I am still not able to get it to work. would getting a new gpu fix the issue?

Do you have speaker connected to (SPK_PLED1) and hear beeps when you power on the PC?

I would double check all your cables to make sure none came loose, I would also try clearing your cmos which would reset all your bios settings. To do that you will want to switch off your power supply or unplug it, and then remove that battery on the board that is about the size of a quarter for about a minute and put it back in

hmmm it seemed to not do anything it still wont output video, all the fans spin and i rewired all the cables.

what would be a good replacement gpu?
