Screen Capture.

Does capturing game footage increase CPU usage? It sounds like a stupid question but I want to test the difference in temps after undervolting and repasting and caputring seems like it would interfere. I use Streamlabs OBS.

Well SLOBS can use some CPU but when recording mainly the GPU is used if you set that to encode

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: settings, settings, settings. You'll always use some CPU resources when recording video, even when you use your GPU, but how hard your CPU is pushed is 100% dependent on your settings.
