Yes, that cpu will work.

Windows 10 will even work with older cpu like Core 2 series.

Why do you need to buy that cpu?

Do you have already the MB and memory?

What's your budget?

I have an old laptop with a Core i5-560M, happily running Windows 10. The only possible issue you might run into is that there might not be Windows 10 drivers for some of your other components.
