Best 32" TV?

I'm looking to get a 32" TV (Maybe bigger, I have to remeasure the space) I probably want to go for something better than 1080p, I don't know if I should go all out or not as I would probably only be using it for occasional light console gaming and watching YouTube, etc. 

 

What's the best 1080p/4k TV for this?

 

Budget MAX $400-$500 (Cheaper would be great)

32" & 4k is a strange area to play.  Samsung has an offering QN32Q50RAFXZA

Yeah- I'm hoping I can fit a 43" in- that would be perfect- I'm double checking as soon as I get home (my only reference currently is a 32" monitor I had set up a while ago that had a little bit of extra space)
