Can i Run minecraft java

I wanna run minecraft java with core i5 650 and planning to buy gt 1030 or gtx 1050ti

i have 8gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram
its a prebuilt
i am changing the psu 
can i run it if i can what are the frames
can i record it with obs at 720p 30 or 60 fps

Don’t waste your money on the 1030. The 1050 is a far more capable card.

But the CPU i5-6500 from 2015? I think if you get gtx1050ti you will be able to play but, it will depend on a lot of things, mods? shaders? which settings? Anyway, I think you will be able to record 720p@30fps without any trouble, I had a similar PC and I could, but I had more cores and 1060gtx.
