I have the same issue with my current G. Skill Trident Z 3200 Mhz 16 GB single stick RAM. What can I do to resolve this issue?

most often culprit is xmp, as its not perfect (although it works perfectly fine for me), so it could just be the ram
if your running 3200mhz then try this
16, 18, 18, 18, 36
Voltage 1.35
