HDD Boot Problem

So, my friend was having some problems booting his PC. It took almost 5 minutes to fully boot. We did some tests and found out his HDD seems to be dying, but I don't want to recommend him buying a new one without making sure the HDD is really the problem. Here are the S.M.A.R.T. test results. I really don't know much about those numbers, so I'm asking for help.
