Upgrade assistance

Discussion: I'm on a tight budget and I'm planning to upgrade to a 4 core 8 thread CPU. I currently have a 4570 which has a 65w TDP. Runs 3.2-3.4Ghz

I need to consider my Captain 240 AIO (Non-EX) bracket that's why I'm torn between upgrading between Intel or AMD.

 

Here are my options:

Option 1: I could upgrade to a 4790k which won't require me to upgrade my board and will save me a lot of money but it'll have a higher TDP of 88w which runs at 4-4.4Ghz. Expected cost: Php 4,500 or around $90 

 

Option 2: I could upgrade to an i3-10100F then buy a decent gaming 1200 board and DDR4 16GB 3xxx RAM which will future proof me should I need to upgrade my computer. But, it might take me a while before I can buy it. Like a good while haha. Expected cost 19,000 or around $390

 

Option 3: I could upgrade to an AMD Ryzen 3300X, buy a decent gaming AM4 board and 16 GB DDR4 3xxx RAM. Again, future proof. And will only cost me around Php 16,000 or $330. BUT Freaking but, I'll have to scour the internet for an AM4 Bracket and brace for my COOLER LMAO. 

 

PEOPLE OF THE TECH COMMUNITY!!! HELP ME I'M TORN. I WANT AN UPGRADE!

If you need an upgrade now, go for the 4790K.

If you can still wait a bit, go for the 3300X.

You can just message the manufacturer of your cooler and they will likely send a mounting bracket or sell you one for a few $. No need to scour the internet.

Wow. I didn't realize, I'll see the costing. I hope there are aftermarkets so I can save a few $$$
