Stuttering and crashing at certain cases while gaming

So i had a new gpu, it test it in the store place using furmark 15 minuted nothing happen, and its brand new, but when i test it stuttering, crashing with pixelated screen( not anymore, for now), i returned it and the store said the gpu still great and nothing happen? Could it be the monitor or the power supply? i really dont know what cause the problem because both are old.

That being said, are you sure you have the newest GPU drivers installed?
