Problem updating apps on my Mac

Go to solution Solved by Sandro Linux,

It just finished updating the application with no problems

I was updating some apps on my Mac via the App Store and it had taken hours and when I look at the launchpad I saw two blank icon. What is this and how do I fix it? (Edit: Fixed)

It has been fixed!

My Laptop: A MacBook Air

My Desktop: Don’t have one

My Phone: An Honor 8s (although I don’t recommend it)

My Favourite OS: Linux

My Console: A Regular PS4

My Tablet: A Huawei Mediapad m5

Well, probably you should also look at the size. I can imagine that it has to work quite a bit to update an app that is 11.26GB large. So it apparently had to wait for that to be done to update the other.

Yeah once the updates were done the blank icons disappeared. The application that had a 11.26GB update was Xcode
