I didn't realize it was a whole case, from the picture it was just an external 5.25in drive, you can probably get an itx board in there with not alot of trouble, slide out motherboard tray would be tight but with super short standoffs and some trimming it should work 

 

The best gaming PC is the PC you like to game on, how you like to game on it

I would be nice for a sys that size to have my sig in it, a Flex ATX psu might be better than a sfx though.
