Help after system restore

I done a system restore due to errors using one key, now my c drive is in 3 partitions, 1 - is windows, 2 - empty & 3 - one key.

I tried to extend windows partition with the empty one and it wouldn't work.

I have another drive with everything saved on, so is there anyway I can delete everything on the c drive? and re-install windows? but not using one key & also ensuring the drive is all one? I don't have windows on disc or usb drive as it was pre-installed. Basically I want I full format of the c driving but somehow keeping windows. Unless you can advise how I can get windows & I can use the key on the sticker.
