Unstabile idle cpu temps

I have ryzen 3 3300x with arctic 34 co freezer applyed with arctic mx4 termal paste. My idle cpu temps are very unstabile. Is these normal? If its not what sohoud i do?

"Idle" CPU temps are expected to vary through different application openings/closings and processes running in the background. Temps really matter once they are under a load like playing a video game/rendering videos etc. What are you temps under a load?

Around 60C°

That sounds perfectly normal. As long as the temps don't go above 80 C and see thermal throttling (reduced clock speeds, poor performance etc.) you're fine.
