 Which are more comfortable and have better sound, I know one is more open then the other but I heard bot have similliar sound signature(good base,highs) Id like them for gaming but also listening to music like hip hop, rap and techno

The DT's are at least half the price. Which is "better" is a matter of opinion, but due to that price difference most people would say the Beyerdynamic's are better.

the DT's have a much better bang for the buck

Yeah those HD8s are way to expensive imo.

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
