Node.js 15.0.0 is here: Features and Updates

Node.js 15.0.0 is released and along with Node.js, npm also got a new update and now it's npm 7. npm 7 comes with many new features - including npm workspaces and a new package-lock.json format. npm 7 also includes yarn.lock file support. One of the big changes in npm 7 is that peer dependencies are now installed by default.

Summary

Node.js released Node.js 15.0.0 on 20 Oct, 2020. It comes with a lot of new things and a few things are purged. npm also got a new update and released as npm 7.

I am fully liking the manhandled errors actually crashing, maybe people will start catching their errors :P QUIC will also be nice to speed up UDP networking.
