First Build

Budget: ~$1300 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: A bit above casual gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I only need a monitor and keyboard.

This is my first PC.

I know Zen 3 and new entry level graphics cards are coming out soon, so the price might go down just a bit.

I'm not too sure about the monitor and I know the keyboard is over kill, I might change it.

I would love some suggestions if I should change anything.

Thanks in advance.

What type of keyboard switch do you like, Razer has all their keyboards overpriced so I can help you on that front.

And yes wait for the 5600 and the 3060.

I think my favorite out of the razor switches would be the orange.
So tactile, but super loud I think.

EDIT: I forgot to say, I don't care about looks at all. I am not going to be looking at it.

Then why do rgb?  I’m also not so sure the monitor and gpu make such a great pairing.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

the case is really bad for airflow. get something with a mesh front and some case fans.
