If so then how?

I would definitely use DDU to erase any trace of the old drivers. I upgraded to a RX 5700 from a RX 570 using this method and it went without a hitch.

im currently using my rx5600xt now should i uninstall now includinng rx 5600 xt and install it again?

If it's working fine for you, I wouldn't change anything. I'm thinking whenever AMD updates its drivers, it will take care of any potential issues.
