My headphones that i bought from local eb games store have broken after 2 years of consistant gaming. Im pretty shocked as I've never heard about this brand and it was pretty cheap ($40) but it recently snapped and its broken now. Currently I'm looking for advice on some new ones for around $150, Australian Dollars.

https://www.ebgames.com.au/product/nintendo-switch/245614-stealth-raptor-multi-format-gaming-headset (the headset)

What i want for the new headphones/headset

Must be wireless

Mic is not important, but bonus also removable is an extra

Comes from reputable brand like logitech, razer, audio technica, etc

"Good" auido (at least better than these cheap ones)

COMFORT as i use glasses

IN MY BUDGET ($150 australian dollars)

No no good wireless headset fits into your budget. The ones that do are bluetooth which is not usable for gaming due to latency and well if you ever use the mic it goes into callmode which means the audio quality goes to crap.

@jaslion Oh man that's a deal breaker. I thought it was an opportunity to get wireless, also Bluetooth for me isn't that bad for me as I'm not an esports player. As i have stated before microphone is not essential, I was thinking of getting a external mic anyways.

Oh no not only the mic sound goes to crap the general audio goes to crap too. That and there is a very noticeable disconnect between the game and audio which quickly turns into minor annoyances constantly which eventually becomes one big one.

Fuck the corsair ones. I've tried a similar pair that were wired and they sounded horrible. The HyperX's are one of those "gaming" headset brands that sound good.

Np. I just don't like headsets made by keyboard/mice manufacturers since they sound muddy and not good at all.

I mean yeah. The HyperX cloud 2's are cheaper and will probably sound better than the cloud flights. The mic is detachable as well. Also what is your mobo?
