Can I stream 1080p60 with a Ryzen 3 3100, GTX 1080 AMP EDITION, and RIPJAWS 16GB RAM 3600mhz?

Probably using GPU encoding you'd be fine, but GPU encoding on Pascal isn't great quality.

 

A CPU upgrade would probably help you if you're looking to upgrade.

I legit just upgraded from an i7-2600, RX 470 and 8GB of DDR3 RAM (single channel cause my motherboard broke) to a Ryzen 3 3100, GTX 1080 and 16 GB RAM, so what’s a good upgrade? A Ryzen 5 3600 ? Also what is “Pascal” I never heard of that term before ?
