fixed it :)

How long have you been getting this? After some specific install? There's some program running at startup which needs that file. Usually reinstalling that software will fix these problems. I'm having one with Speedfan.

it's been a while I can't remember. I have a lot of programs that lunch at startup, but I'll try isolating the issue

window 8 or 7?

There's slight change that if you have run some registery cleaner it has accidentaly demoved that .dll.
