Since I'm a complete noob at building a PC, I would like you to help me with choosing the parts.

 

Budget: 1500 - 1800 USD

Country: Bulgaria

Target: 60+ fps high settings on today's most demanding AAA games like Cyberpunk for example, at 1080p

Other: I'm also looking for a 1080p 144hz monitor, something along the lines of 300 USD that fit into the budget

just remember you need to connect your monitor via display port to take advantage of 240 HZ and G-sync
