I currently have 16 gb of ram but i cant run it at its full 3200 speed as its not supported by the motherboard so its stuck at 3000 but i wanted to upgrade to 32 gb but i am worried that if i do my machine wont be able to handle it since its already struggling with the ram i have now 

 

my current build is this and my bios is f42c
