PC won't Boot

Just took out a GPU out of a system. But that system now won't work. When I power it on, it just keeps on turning on then off right away. Please help. Thanks!

Did you install the CPU and Ram properly?

Have you checked all power cords are plugged in all the way?

So the system has no GPU? Is there built in graphics?
