Surface laptop 3 VS Matebook 14

I am about to buy a new laptop and was going to get the Huawei Matebook 14 with the Ryzen 4600H like this:

But have now spotted that the Surface Laptop 3 in the configuration linked below is on sale for about the same as the matebook and I'm wondering which to get now.
