Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: streaming. practically can run red dead redemption at atleast 60 fps.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): No idea how to do shit with pcs build or what parts to get pls help.

So- With 1000 you can do quite a bit, and honestly you'll probably end up with something close to a brand new PC.

 

Can you link me to a few sites where you can buy computer parts from? I'm not familiar with the market over there.

Yes it is, but I doubt your ram is at 3200mhz or C16. If you can figure that out we can solve that, But id assume not
