Do you have any headsets or Bluetooth media stuff connected? Anything that can have a play/pause button.
Maybe reconnect after PC has booted, so it can reinitialize?

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Negative on other devices. It's laptop. I use a external mouse and a key board through usb hub. Disconnecting these Doesn't change anything. I'm pretty sure my laptop keys arnt the cause of the issue because of the whole update thing that happens. Also I work a lot on documents, so I'd know if my keyboard is the issue here

Update**

The issue has been fixed. The problem persisted even after going Through a fresh windows boot. Afterward I kind of gave up. Then used CCleaners registry error checker and found a a registry error With (.flv) extension. After repairing this registry error the problem went away. Can't give any other details atp. leaving this here for anyone who gets desperate like i did
