Upgrading GPU

Hi everyone !

 

I'm planning to upgrade my good old Asus stryx gtx970 and looking on the used market.

I'm currently playing red dead redemption 2 medium presets but would like high presets 100hz min if possible.

My budget is around 200$ but more if worth it.

What should I aim for ?

 

Asus B350-F
Ryzen 2600x
2x8Go 2.4Mhz
screen : 1080p 144hz
beQuiet 580W Gold

When hitting the used market, then get as much as you can for that money. A GTX 2070/2080 would be a nice upgrade, maybe you can get one for 200$, maybe you can't, depends on what the market is like where you live.

for $200, probably a 1070. a 2060 if you're lucky.
