It should reset but if not yes put it all back to default.

It’s a long game of slowly increase, test stability and increase again. It is also possible for higher overclocks to give lower frame rates if they are not stable.

 

Look up a guide to overclocking what you have before you start, but jumps usually just result in crashes.

oh ok, even when my pc just shutdown right after i changed the clock speed when i opened it i saw in the radeom software it runs at 1700mhz, so i guess i'll change it. ok what clock speed do u recommend

Stock of course, the only one anyone can fully recommend.

 

Anything above that is system dependant, just follow an overclocking guide for your hardware and see what you can squeeze out and still be stable. 
 

Remember, small increments and frequent stability tests.
