There are several that review modern gear, which are simply nice to watch and keep an eye out on emerging trends, but as to improving my person system, I have a Dell Precision dual Xeon workstation, so I"m bit of an edge case, but I have looked at some channels that have put in after-market cooling fans and/or water cooled the twin Xeons.

You have to be specific on what you want to do.

You may find solution to your problem from some random people posting their tips.

What do you mean by "tech optimization"?

Do you mean "I want better performance from my PC without buying better hardware" then the answer is most likely no. There are very few things you can do to improve that and the whole channel would be like 3 videos.

1) Uninstall and disable programs you do not use so that they don't eat up resources in the background.

2) Lower settings in your games until you get the framerate you want.

3) Keep drivers for important things (like graphics cards, not your mouse or whatever) up to date.
