updating this mobo bios help pls verry easy

soo the version of my bios is 3.20 I want to update to the newest 3.30 but in yellow if you follow down under until 2.50 it says to install the amd vga wathever.

idk if I have to install that thing since i already have a newest bios. The question is if I have to download that before new bios, i know is pretty dumb but is my first time doing this and im very careful
